Holy Eucharist with choir, foot washing and stripping of altar. This evening's Maundy Thursday service will feature guest preacher, Leslie Hunter. Leslie is the Chaplain at Holy Family Ministries located in the North Lawndale community. HFM, a Christ Church Benevolence Grant recipient, serves more than 600 children through its school and other educational programming. Leslie is a friend, a regular visitor to Christ Church and an amazingly gifted preacher. Leslie's talents also include music, poetry, teaching and an uncanny gift for working with young people.
