Confirmation Form
All information must be submitted by April 18th at 5:00pm.
Bishop Chilton Knudsen, the Assisting Bishop of Chicago, will be visiting Christ Church to confirm our current class of confirmands on Saturday May 14th. This is a special service in the life of our youth, and all parishioners, family, and friends are welcome to attend in person!
We do need additional information about your confirmand. So, please fill out this form for your confirmand before the service. This information is required so that we can enter them into the church register, and so that they can receive their certificate of confirmation at the May 14th service.
During her visit, the Bishop will also receive into the Episcopal Church anyone who wishes to be received as a member of the Episcopal Church. If you are interested in being received as an adult, please contact the parish office.
Remember that all additional information about your confirmand is due by April 18th to ensure that the Diocese of Chicago has adequate time to prepare your confirmand’s certificate.
