Better Together: North Shore Youth Progressive

Dinner & Fellowship SundayApril 19, 4:30-7:30

ALL youth in grades seven-twelve are invited to a celebration for all Episcopal youth on the north shore.  We’ll have games, service, food, and non-traditional worship.  This event is free and all are encouraged to attend! Check out our stops!

We’ll meet at the Parish House (470 Maple) at 4:15PM to carpool to…

  • St. Augustine’s, Wilmette-snacks and games
  • Christ Church, Winnetka-packing lunches for A Just Harvest and eating dinner
  • Holy Comforter, Kennilworth-non-traditional worship and dessert

There are nine churches participating in this extravaganza and we hope to have 80+ youth participate!

We also need a whole team of adult volunteers to help: five drivers who will go to each stop and participate and chaperone, five overseers to help direct the service project of packing lunches, five cooks to help prepare a simple meal, and three traffic directors who will show people where to park and direct them down to the Great Hall.  Please let us know if you are interested in helping!

Youth, please RSVP to Melissa Durbin or Leah Romanelli by Wednesday, April 8.
